Significantly extended by the Napier heir, Humphrey Stewart in the 1760’s and 1770’s, this private house is surrounded by 400 acres of parkland, including a 50 acre lake. Its interior decorations included contributions by James Wyatt and the painter Biaggio Rebecca.

Our work on the house concentrated on restoring the interior decoration of the eastern range of rooms to their original state as designed by James Wyatt.
