The Garden Barn sits on the grounds of Wellbrook Manor; a Grade I listed house. We produced a historical survey of all the properties on the estate with a view to providing a master plan for our client The Vivat Trust, in order that they might add the properties to their increasing rental portfolio.

One end of Garden Barn is now a self-contained holiday let, with the Vivat Trust office at the other. The structure was carefully surveyed in order that it was integrated into the spaces allowing it to be retained unaltered.
